One Future - Music Academy
Master Classes & Workshops for Strings, Wood, Brass and Piano
in Solo, Ensemble and Orchestra
The "One Future - Music Academy" organizes master classes and workshops at the university of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Children and students who is interested in music are instructed by professors of the University of Music and Performing Arts of Vienna, members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as famous Austrian musicians who grants superior educational experience.
"One Future - Music Academy" offers the young talented participants the unique opportunity to improve themselves individually as well as in an ensemble. The young artists are encouraged to unfold themselves as a member of chamber music or as member of an orchestra at the creation of new sound experiences in the context of the coexistence and competition between the different instruments. The participants will also experience the unique Viennese music tradition and the atmosphere in Vienna.
The Summer Academy is designed to provide young participants with a pleasant and refreshing encounter of nature and art. The Summer Academy serves also as a celebration of cultural encounters and contributes to a deeper understanding of different musica directions. The participants are encouraged to get in contact with other young people and thus to strengthen a common cohesion, laying the foundation for a peaceful coexistence on the basis of a connecting music.
Vienna, a city in which so many famous composers have written their most splendid compositions, provides our participants with a stimulating atmosphere for unfolding their music expertise. Vienna offers not only much music inspiration, but also rich cultural aspects. Music, museums as well as buildings and architecture which have been established during the long historical periods are worth to be explored. Focusing on the high-quality music education of our academy, all participants will be offered an inspiring music experience.

Program:
- 4 individual lessons during the course
(each student&unit: 25min/Group I, 40min/Group II, 50 min/Group III)
- Daily chamber music (individually scheduled)
- Daily music studies and instruction in German and English for students during the teaching hours
- 2 coaching units with piano accompaniment during the academy
- Orchestra rehearsals in the evenings
- Public Concerts
- One piece of music for students of group I, playing time up to 4 min.
- One piece of music for students of the group II, playing time up to 8 min.
- One piece of music for students of group III, playing time up to 10 min.
* performance of the student at these public concerts is highly recommended.
- Competition of the participants (Gold, silver, and bronze)
- Participating at the World Orchestra Festival (sepcially in form of ensemble or chamber orchestra)
- Appearance of the winners in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein in Vienna

Category I (7-10 years old children and beginners): €400
Category II (11-14 years old students): €450
Category III (15-24 advanced and young adults): €500
Chamber music per person: €400
Interpreter(subject to availability): €150
CERTIFICATES / DOCUMENTS:
Each participant will receive a certificate at the closing ceremony.
COMPETITION:
The participant can join the competition. Gold, silver, and bronze will be awared according to the achievements.
